- Description
- The Defense Intelligence Agency, Virginia Contracting Activity, intends to award a Sole Source contract to The Boeing Company for Multimedia Media Manager (M3) application program, used throughout the Intelligence Community (IC). Defense Intelligence Agency owns the licenses and has acquired maintenance for M3 version 4 for several years. M3 will operate without maintenance, however, now that version 4 is at the end of life, there are no new patches or updates, but maintenance simply allows Defense Intelligence Agency to ingest new data, via M3.� The Boeing Company is the original manufacturer and sole provider for said application program.� This notice does not constitute a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.� However, any business that believes it can provide the Multimedia Message Manager (M3) application program may provide written notice to Anthony Hawkins and Scott Stoolmiller (Anthony.Hawkins2@dodiis.mil/Scott.Stoolmiller@dodiis.mil) by 10:00 AM EST, 11-Jan-2023. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are required to provide Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity ID Number, Manufacturer Authorization Letter, Authorized Dealer, Authorized Distributor, or Authorized Reseller documentation.� Responses will be considered by the Government, however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�
