- Description
- This is a Request for Information (RFI) which is part of market research. Air Force Material Command (AFMC) is seeking information from industry to assist in the planning for future acquisitions in support of modernization. Results of this RFI will assist in determining prospective vendors for proposed future contracting actions which may include, but are not limited to a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). Questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM EST on 20 January 2023. Please submit questions by email to Contract Specialist Michael Pacheco (michael.pacheco.4@us.af.mil), Ryan Carlyle (ryan.carlyle.1@us.af.mil), Frederick Kazalski (frederick.kazalski@us.af.mil), and Program Manager Alex Pinheiro (alex.pinheiro@us.af.mil). Responses to this RFI (via the attached questionnaire) shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM EST on 06 February 2023. Please submit responses by email to Contract Specialist Michael Pacheco (michael.pacheco.4@us.af.mil), Ryan Carlyle (ryan.carlyle.1@us.af.mil), Frederick Kazalski (frederick.kazalski@us.af.mil), and Program Manager Alex Pinheiro (alex.pinheiro@us.af.mil) All responses are to be completed on the attached questionnaire and shall be UNCLASSIFIED and contain no proprietary information. Respondents shall not alter the questionnaire formatting and shall ensure responses stay within the preformatted fields. Responses received outside of the attached questionnaire will not be considered. Any completed questionnaire received in response to this RFI constitutes consent for the submission to be reviewed by military personnel, Government civilians, Department of Defense (DoD) Contractors, and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs). The responses may be forwarded to other Government entities in consideration for applicability to other programs.� Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to provide feedback with respect to any information submitted. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. This RFI is issued solely for informational purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not obligate the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service in any manner. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the respondents� expense. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, OR INVITATION FOR BID, NOR DOES ITS ISSUANCE OBLIGATE OR RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO AN EVENTUAL ACQUISITION APPROACH. ALL INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM THIS RFI WILL BE USED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.
