- The purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers 3-5. Q3. Does the contract pay for the # of memberships actually used on a monthly basis or does the contract pay for 150 memberships regardless of usage? A3. Just the number used. Q4. Are all 4 volumes (bottom of page 7of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation) to be submitted with this RFQ? A4. Yes, all 4 volumes are to be submitted with this RFQ. Q5. Will the payment of memberships be based on 150 contracted memberships per month, only membership vouchers redeemed, or membership vouchers assigned regardless of redemption or not? A5. No, only on the number of memberships used. Vendors must have a current registration in SAM prior to award. Quote package must be submitted to arlene.albrite@va.gov by email by the deadline date of 01/17/2023 by 12:00 PM (EST).
