- Solicitation N00421-23-T-0006 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. This is a notice to Sole Source to �the OEM �North Atlantic Industries, Inc. under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Repair & Calibration of MODEL: 5300S3412A Synchro Resolver, Qty 2 �North Atlantic Industries is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment listed above and is the only OEM authorized to repair and/or calibrate these units. Repair and/or calibration is required because we lack the capability to repair and/or calibrate these units in house. �Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.� Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-23-T-XXXX) on your quote.� Please include your Cage Code. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� The Government will not pay for any information received.
