- Brookhaven National Labs in Upton NY is soliciting proposals for Project Controls Support�to maintain and continue to provide timely support, project controls for short to medium periods of time to balance and temporarily augment the work force. Details of the program is in the attachment. See first the RFQ letter for directions on how to construct and submit proposals and for submission deadlines. *Update: The RFP close date is extended to 16 Jan 2023 and the Questions and Answers have been posted as an attachment to this notice. The RFP letter has been updated to reflect the 16 Jan change and the page maximum change. Update #2: The RFP close date is extended to 17 Jan 2023 due to the holiday.
