- AMENDMENT 1 (01/05/2023): Q&A Question 1:�Number 7 on the Statement of Work specifies performance at 4 Falcon Drive and to a lesser extent nearby at the NEXRAD Radar Site. Can you provide the location of the Radar Site? Answer 1: The radar site is located roughtly 1/4 mile away from 4 Falcon Drive. Please see AMENDED Combined Synopsis Attachment for incorporated reference picture. END OF AMENDMENT 1 Incumbent contract awarded for aggregate of $45,000.00. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561730. The small business size standard is $9.5 million. The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, firm fixed-price purchase order. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal groundskeeping services�at the National Weather Service (NWS) Atlanta Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Peachtree City, GA. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
