- PROJECT DETAILS: CA NP GOGA 469(1) China Beach Access Road PROJECT DESCRIPTION:� The project scope includes reconstructing the parking lot for the access to China Beach in San Francisco, California.� The project also includes constructing new retaining walls along the trail from the parking lot to Chin Beach, sewer and water utility work, and landscaping.� The project is within lands owned by the National Park Service (Golden Gate National Recreation Area) and the City of San Francisco.
