Description: The project includes the construction of a vehicle control center (VCC, 3.326 GSF), commercial vehicle inspection building (CVI, 860 GSF), four bay commercial vehicle inspection canopy (5,880 GSF), sentry booth (64 GSF). surface parking lot, and incidental related work. The VCC and CVI facilities will be single-story with reinforced concrete masonry walls, structural steel framing, and concrete slabs on-grade support by reinforced concrete spread footings.
