PROJECT LOCATION: USDA ARS U. S. Meat Animal Research Center Clay Center, Nebraska CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 120 days after Award Price Range is Less than $25,000. This solicitation is a total small business set aside.� Site visits may be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting: ��������������� Joe Warrick at 402-762-4131 or email at joe.warrick@usda.gov Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must contain reference to the solicitation number and must be submitted, in writing via e-mail to both joe.warrick@usda.gov �and toinette.aranda@usda.gov Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for quote/proposal preparation costs.
