- *Amendment 0002 Released* See attachments and Summary of Changes in Amendment 0002 for details.� Note: The Government will be posting a new Plans and Specs Package that incorrporates all changes and additions made thus far, based on Amendments and Bidder Inquiries. Expected posting is the week of 2 January 2023. Follow-on Site Visit will be held 04 Jan 2023 at 10:00AM PST. Meet at Dexter Fish Facility in Lowell, OR at 10:00AM. RSVP with the information below by 30 December 2022 at 3:30PM PST to�sarah.j.hermann@usace.army.mil and nicole.a.adams@usace.army.mil. Picture tours uploaded to attachments: Name (First MI Last) Supervisor Name Company Name Phone and Email *Bidder Inquiry Close Date extended through 06 Jan 2023.� Amendment 0002 documents added in anticipation of Amendment 0002 release. New attachments include the following and are to be incorporated into the solicitation: Attachment 8 - Geotechnical Baseline Report updated to add missing boring logs, make editorial changes, and add historical photos. Updated Structural Drawings for a re-design of the piles. Updated Electrical Drawing to rescale for better clarity on all the electrical conduits in the project *Amendment 0001 has been added to the Attachments. See Amendment for details.� *Updated to extend the Solicititation Close Date, add Attachment 10 - DSL Removal/Fill Permit, and add the Site Visit Attendance Sheet. An official Amendment will follow.� See attachments. The Dexter Fish Facility Upgrades Project will have major features improved, replaced and added to meet the criteria approved by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and requirements set forth in NMFS�s 2008 Biological Opinion on the Corps� Willamette Valley Project. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Period of Performance is anticipated to occur from March 2023 to November 2026. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The estimated Magnitude of Construction for this project is betw een $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. SOCIOECONOMIC: Unrestricted, Full and Open. The HUBZone 10% price evaluation preference w ill be applied as required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this w ork is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $39,500,000.00.
