- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has entered into a Project Partnership Agreement with the West View Water Authority to complete installation of potable water mains within state and county rights-of-way, in Marshall Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. More specifically, the work areas are located along Warrendale-Bayne Road (S.R.4052) between Innovation Drive and Wheatland Road, Mingo Road (S.R. 4051) between Neely School Road and Warrendale Bayne Road, and Brush Creek Road (C.R. 1052) between Warrendale Bayne Road and Ericsson Drive. Major features of work for this contract will include installation of 13,100-linear feet of 16-inch diameter water main by the open trench, and jack and bore methods, pressure and disinfection testing of water mains, traffic control, asphalt base, binder, and wearing courses replacements, and pavement markings.
