Description

The Subcontractor�s compensation for services rendered shall be based on a fixed firm price for the work detailed in the scope of work. Provide and install a direct replacement HVAC system/ equipment for IB2A south unit. �Please reference the scope of work for complete details (Exhibit D) and the property management - refrigerant compliance management document (Exhibit E). FRA intends to award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.� � SITE VISIT - Registration A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday December 21, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. CST. Visitors should meet at Wilson Hall ground floor west side of the building at the designated time. Each Offeror is considered a business visitor and is required to fill out an Access Request form no later than Friday December 16, 2022.
