- The purpose of this synopsis is to publicate the addition of one NSN�1560 016829326 RADOM to basic ordering agreement N0038322GZL01 for a period of 4 years.� This will be utilizing FAR PART 15 procedures.� This is not a small business set aside. The government does not have the rights or data to contract with any other sources.� All contractual documents related to the instant� procurement are considered to be ""issued"" by the Government when� copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email.� The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to ""issue"" contractual documents as detailed� herein.\\
