Description

This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5306-01-146-8158, BOLT, SHOULDER. There are five approved sources for this item, SIRORSKY AIRCRAFT CORP, (CAGE 78286), under part number P/N 65123-11312-102, M.S. AEROSPACE INC. (CAGE 0UCY9), under part number P/N 65123-11312-102, APEX MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC, (CAGE 2V343), under part number P/N 65123-11312, RICHARD MANUFACTURING CO. INC., (CAGE 4A014), under part number P/N 65123-11312-102 and ACUFAST AIRCRAFT PRODUCTS INC., (CAGE 4GP55), under part number P/N 65123-11312-102. The requirement is being solicited on an 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated maximum annual demand quantity is 463 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. This is a Navy Critical Safety and critical application item and higher-level quality requirements do apply. A Contractor First Article applies to this item. Required delivery is 691 days ARO. FOB is Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFP�s.
