Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Defense Health Agency intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.501(a)), Only One Responsible Source. The proposed source is BIORICH MEDICAL INC. BIORICH MEDICAL INC. is the only source that can provide platelet-rich plasma (PRP) kits. The objective of this sole source award for Smart Clinic at NMRTC Camp Pendleton is to procure platelet-rich plasma (PRP) kits. They need to order the kits from BioRich Medical as they are the only kits compatible with the current centrifuges The requirements will be as follows CLIN 0001:� BR60, HIGH YEILD PRP 60ML Quantity:� 20 EA CLIN 0002: �BR30-PURE II, HIGH YEILD PURE PRP Quantity:� 34 EA CLIN 0003:� BR60-PURE II, HIGH YIELD PURE II PRP Quantity:� 60 EA CLIN 0004: �BR30, HIGH YIELD PRP 30 ML Quantity:� 60 EA There are not set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339113, the business size standard is 750 (# of employees). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
