- Description
- The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for: Supply and delivery of IT Equipment - Brand Name or Equal for the U.S. Embassy Kyiv, Ukraine on behalf of the War Crime Department at the Office of Prosecutor General (OPG WCD). All interested sellers shall review the solicitation and offer equipment in accordance with the specification provided in this document. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror�s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications.
