- The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotes for equipment from the following manufacturers: TYR Tactical, FirstSpear, Mystery Ranch, The Resource Center, ATS Tactical Gear, Wild Things, London Bridge Trading Company, Tactical Tailor and Eagle. If you responded to this RFQ on GSA eBuy! you do not need to also respond to this SAM posting.� If you are responding to this SAM posting, your response must be emailed to Laura.Demanche@gsa.gov and Victoria.Howland@gsa.gov. Please follow all instructions stated in the RFQ letter.� Pricing must be submitted in the Excel format provided in Attachment 1 to the RFQ letter. Please note the following labeling requirements (all stated in RFQ letter):� Labels shall be applied directly to the surface of the item such that placement is as inconspicuous as possible when properly worn by the individual.� Preference is to have item labels sewn to nylon products when practical. Labels used shall be as permanent as the normal life expectancy of the item and be capable of withstanding the environmental tests and cleaning procedures specified for the item to which it is affixed.� Ideally each item will be physically labeled, but if not feasible, the vendor sealed bag, box, etc., must be labeled.
