Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is seeking meeting space for classroom training and conferences for various capacities (10 people to 170 people) preferably within a two (2) mile radius of the Phila Navy Yard at 5001 South Broad Street. This is for Information Purposes only. There is no RFQ or SOW at this time. Interested vendors may submit an email with their NAICS code and address to: Maria Evans at maria.t.evans.civ@us.navy.mil and Rosemary Shuman at rosemary.e.shuman.civ@us.navy.mil. Please provide a brief description as to the type of meeting space available as well as the address/location (and proximity in miles to the Phila Navy Yard). AMENDED as of 05 JAN 2023: Please note the Government�is looking for responses from hotels or other facilities in the area that meet the criteria and possess their own meeting space. The Government is not requesting contractors to act as agents for making reservations of finding rental facilities on our behalf.
