- Defense Health Agency, Professional Services Contracting Division,Falls Church, VA,� intends to award a firm-fixed price bridge contract for�Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS) Support Services (S2). The contract will provide acquisition advisory support to include following types of functions: consults with client to define need or problem; initiates, supervises, and/or develops concepts and strategies for complex programs; provides strategic advice, guidance, and expertise to program and project staff; provides detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements for mission critical challenges/issues; leads studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. The period of performance is for a six (6) month base and one (1) six (6) month option period. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� Place of Performance: Falls Church, VA Set-Aside Status: Small Business This synopsis is a notice to award a sole source contract to Zygos Consulting LLC, although any�responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
