Description

This is a Sole Source procurement to The National Conference Center at West Belmont Place Event Center in Leesburg, Virginia 20176.� See attached Sole Source Justification. NCIS has created a training program for undercover Special Agents and requires a location capable of providing 50 hotel rooms, three meals a day, one conference room to be used as a training classroom, and one conference room to be used for practical exercises. The venue must permit the discharging of firearms indoors using blank rounds, excessive noise during normal �do not disturb� hours, and local law enforcement support in outdoor practical exercises that will involve police vehicle lights and sirens.��
