- The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106(b) to obtain maintenance and repairs on GE Carescape Monitors and intends on making award to GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, Inc. . Period of performance: 2/20/2023 to 2/19/2028 Basic description of the requirement: This requirement is to provide maintenance and repairs for (52) Carescape monitors, ApexPro CH Infrastructure, (2) Telemetry Servers, (2) ApexPro Receiver Server, (2) Carescape Gareway V1and (18) Carescape Central Stations by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) trained certified technicians. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements of providing GE Medical Systems OEM maintenance and service. Place of Performance: James J. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by January 16, 2023 at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
