3rd Amendment:� The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend Solicitation Due Date until 19 January 2023; 09:00 AM, Change Evaluation Factor 2 at FAR 52.212-2 and Addendum,� All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same. � � � � � � _____________________________________________________ 2nd Amendment:� The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend Solicitation Due Date until 12 January 2023; 09:00 AM, All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same. � � � � � � � � �__________________________________________________ �1st Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to: Attach Questions and Answers to the Solicitation as shown below, All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same. � � � � � � � � � � � � �---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office� Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for Preventive Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Work of Airfield Lightings at USAG Bavaria (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels), Germany. This requirement utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.� The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 March 2023 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with two (2) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER. OFFERORS WISHING TO SUBMIT AN OFFER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE RFP from SAM.gov and to frequently monitor SAM.gov for any amendments.� A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFP PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED.� Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
