- ***UPDATE TO SOLICITATION NOTICE*** AMENDMENT 0006 WILL BE ISSUED 09 JAN 2023 TO EXTEND CLOSING DATE TO 20 JAN 2023. ***UPDATE TO SOLICITATION NOTICE*** AMENDMENT 0005 corrects the link in Section C to access the revised Technical Data Package (TDP).� The date for reciept of offers is�09 Jan 2023 at 4:00 PM (EST). AMENDMENT 0004 provides 09 Jan 2023 at 4:00 PM (EST) as the date and time for receipt of offers, updates the Technical Data Package (TDP), CLINs, a Clause, and�Narratives. AMENDMENT 0003 extends the date for receipt of offers to a date TO BE DETERMINED (not earlier than 03 Oct 2022).� The Technical Data Package (TDP) for this acquisition effort is under review by the Engineering Support Activity (ESA).� A due date for offers will be established once this review is complete.� This amendment also updates clauses and provisions in the solicitation. AMENDMENT 0002 extends the date for receipt of offers to 08 July 2022.� Please acknowledge the amendment with offer. AMENDMENT 0001 extends the date for receipt of offers to 27 June 2022.� Please acknowledge the amendment with offer. THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE. DLA Land Warren has the following requirement - Item:� Circuit Card Assembly.� NSN:� 5998-01-675-0646.� Part Number: 12546242 (19207). �5-Year Minimum Quantity:� 25 Each.� 5-Year Maximum Quantity: 750 Each.� FOB Point:� Destination.� Packaging:� MIL B.� Type Award:� Firm-Fixed-Price.� Type Contract: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).� Duration:� 5 Years.� Method of Acquisition:� 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement.� All responsible small business sources may submit an offer for consideration.� The Technical Date Package (TDP) is considered competitive and is Export Controlled (see below).� Please note: ONLY the Data Custodian, as identified in the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) will be granted approval to download the Technical Data Package (TDP), once it is made available in Contract Opportunities. See the solicitation for actual closing date and the full terms and conditions. The solicitation can be downloaded from the Contract Opportunities web site, (www.SAM.gov).� �� EXPORT CONTROLLED Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via the Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov. �To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link from the Joint Certification Program (JCP) Home page ((https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) and follow the instructions for completion, noting the required documentation to submit with the form. Mail the Form 2345, along with the required documentation to the address provided on form; it CANNOT be faxed or emailed.� The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP.� If you encounter problems, please contact JCP at 1-877-352-2255 or via email at dlacontactcenter@dla.mil.� Your firm must request access to the TDP as outlined in the narrative entitled, �Technical Data Package Information (Contract Opportunities in SAM.gov) Version� in the solicitation in addition to submitting the above form in order to be granted access to the TDP. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP.� REVERSE AUCTION The solicitation will contain a provision entitled, �Reverse Auction,� which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique.� After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held.� If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction.� Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction.� Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com.� Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the Contract Specialist.
