- AMENDMENT 1 published on 9 January 2023 fixing typos and delivery location. Questions and Answers also posted with amendement. ----------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to award a single award firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract from this solicitation. This requirement is for the acquisition of commercial supply of batteries as specified in this solicitation for the Automated Surface Observing System (ASOS) for use by the National Weather Service (NWS). This acquisition is a set-aside for 100% woman owned small business (WOSB). Please see the attached document(s) for the entire combined synopsis solicitation.
