Description

Tooele Army Depot is seeking quotes for ISO Audit certificate renewal services, please see the attached for details.� Please provide your company's CAGE�Code or DUNs number in your quote This notice neither constitutes a Request for Quote, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. It should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Responses must include the following: 1) Company name and address 2) Business size classification (Small, Small Disadvantaged (SDB), 8(a), Woman-owned Small Business (WOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SD-VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small businesses including the number of employees and the number of years in business. 2) Interested offerors shall provide a summary of their capabilities and detailed description of past performance (within the past 3 years) of similar efforts to Valerie McDonald at valerie.s.mcdonald.civ@army.mil.
