Description
The purpose of this requirement is to provide temporary construction security infrastructure, equipment, and services as well as construction security surveillance services to support secure construction projects in accordance with (IAW) the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and Department of Defense (DoD) policies. The Contractor shall be capable of providing a turn-key construction security and construction security monitoring program which shall include all aspects of physical, personnel, technical, and procedural security as required for supported secure projects to fully comply with all regulations and ensure successful accreditation of the secure facility. contract scope shall include the full range of construction security program management, administrative, construction surveillance operations, including demobilization and closeout. The scope of this contract also includes subject matter expertise on construction surveillance, technical surveillance, Temporary Electronic Security System (TESS) design, installation, and operation. Construction security monitoring services personnel shall include Site Security Manager (SSM), Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) and Cleared American Guards (CAGs), as well as administrative support to manage all aspects of the construction security program. The contractor will also be responsible for ensuring necessary construction security infrastructure is on site. This infrastructure shall include but not be limited to personnel and vehicle screening equipment, closed-circuit television (CCTV), intrusion detection system (IDS), as well as temporary utilities to support these systems. Construction security surveillance support equipment shall include but not be limited to items such as personnel badging equipment and supplies, biometric iris scanner system, as well construction surveillance supplies such as cameras, locks, tools, notebooks, and Automated Data Processing (ADP) equipment as required to process and record construction security surveillance activities and events.� This request is not a request for proposal and is to document industry capabilities only, with all information provided being used for market research purposes only.�
