Description
Purchase Description: 90 MW Furniture Move and Disposal Amendment 1 � Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement section 1.1.3.4. was updated and section 1.1.2.2. added.� Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers were posted. The 90th Contracting Squadron is seeking a contractor to perform relocation services for furniture and equipment at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base, WY. �The contractor shall disassemble, move, and reassemble furniture, relocate the other contents from the old rooms to the new rooms, and disassemble and dispose of any unwanted furniture and equipment. �The contractor is required to provide the necessary dumpster/trash services to handle the disposal portion of this requirement. The contractor is not permitted to use the dumpster assigned to the building to dispose of the furniture and equipment.� This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; responses/quotes are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov as a Total Small Business Set Aside The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461323Q0004, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, & FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 484210, with a small business standard of $30.0M. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Commercial Award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2023-01 effective 30 December 2022, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 30 Decemberr 2022 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) effective 20 December 2022.� DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS/SERVICES: All CLIN's F.O.B. Destination. CLIN 0001 : Furniture Move and Disposal Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Job Unit Price: $_____________ Extended Price (Quantity X Unit Price): $________________ PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: �Project Start Date is 30 Days or less after award date and must be completed within 5 days of Project Start Date.� If the contract cannot mee the proposed Project Start Date of 30 days or less after award date, please reach out to us with your proposed timeline. Nov 2021 Paragraph (a) is hereby replaced with the following: (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. (2) After receipt of quotes the Government may, with or without notice, negotiate with and, if desired, seek quote revisions from as many or as few quoters as it, in its discretion, deems appropriate.
