- Description
- The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) is posting this Request for Information (RFI) for market research and planning purposes. The objective of this RFI is to seek vendors that have either a commercially available Assault Respirator (AR) product that meets the draft requirements set forth in this RFI, or have the ability to produce the capabilities required by the JPEO-CBRND within a short developmental period of time (i.e. less than 24 months.) Each Respondent shall review the capabilities identified in this RFI and provide feedback indicating if their Assault Respirator product can or cannot meet the requirements. In the event that the respondent�s AR product cannot currently meet the draft requirements identified herein, but is intended to meet these requirements in the future, the Respondent shall provide the specified timeline for meeting these requirements.� Along with responses to the questions required below in Section 4, each product submission shall include: (1) Proposed System Description; (2) How each requirement identified in questions 1-6 of Section 3.2 is currently met, could be met in the future, or cannot be met; (3) Comments relating to the questions; (3) Comments relating to the requirements established by the JPEO-CBRND customer.
