- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Dataminr, Inc. 135 Madison Ave, New York, NY� 10016, for the acquisition of First Alert Licenses. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 ""Simplified Acquisition Procedures."" �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 519190 All other Information Services.�This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.� A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� Closing date for submitting a capability statement is January 18, 2023 @4:30pm. Eastern Time.� All submissions should be submitted electronically to Lisa.Taylor2@dea.gov
