The E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) Program is sponsored by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), who has served as the managing partner for the program since its inception in 2003. The ETS program was originally chartered through a cross-agency collaborative task force that included GSA, 70+ federal agencies, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The ETS is a mandated service that consolidates and automates back-office travel management by leveraging the bulk-buying capabilities of the federal civilian sector through a web-based, self-service solution offering. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although ""proposal"" and ""offeror"" may be used in this Request for Information (RFI), your response will be treated as information only and shall not be used as a proposal. Please ensure your SAM.gov account status is active and your profile is up to date. This action will allow you to gain access to the RFI and Notional Acquisition Approach and draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) documents. Continue to monitor the ETSNext Community of Interest on GSA Interact for the latest announcements.
