Description

The vehicles described below are to be utilized by the MacDill AFB representatives and maintenance members at the 6 AMXS Command Section (Building 56, 7515 Hangar Loop Dr., Tampa, FL 33621), in the lease agreement beginning on 12 Feb 2023. Lease agency will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and pickup of their vehicles from the 6 AMXS Command Section at (Building 56, 7515 Hangar Loop Dr., Tampa, FL 33621), no later than 16:00 pm on start and end date of the contract. *Vehicles will be delivered and returned fully fueled. ***Note: All vehicles must be authorized early return without being charged additional costs for unused days. 0001. Two Total � Example: 2020 or newer Toyota Tacoma or equivalent type- Crew Cab Trucks. The awarded contractor/vendor will provide all parts, labors, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide & deliver 2 each Trucks with minimum 10K LBS tow capability/hitch receptacle. 0002. Four Total � Example: 2020 or newer Ram Pro Master 2500 High Roof (2) Open Bay Cargo/ (2) Transit Van with minimum 8 PAX seating with Cooled Compartments or equivalent vans. The Contractor/Vendor will provide all parts, labors, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to deliver 2 each of the requested vans with minimum 10K LBS tow capability/hitch receptacle. (2) Cargo/ (2) Transit Van with Cooled Compartments or equivalent vans. The awarded Contractor/Vendor will provide all parts, labors, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to deliver 2 each of the requested vans with minimum 10K LBS tow capability/hitch receptacle. 0003. ONE Total � Example: 2020 or newer Full size, 6 passenger 4x4 truck capable of towing at least 15K pounds The awarded Contractor/Vendor will provide all parts, labors, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to deliver Truck. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further details.
