To All Prospective Offerors, Please review attached ""DS-338500-GD"" and� ""EXHIBIT I - Instructions to Offerors"" to get an overview of the project and understand the other attached documents.� Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is seeking a contractor for EXCAVATION AND RELATED SERVICES INCLUDING UNDERGROUND NATURAL� GAS REPAIRS at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL. This acquisition is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside to establish a T&M subcontract. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237990- Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction.
