The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Norfolk at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as Brand Name Specific with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Evaluation Factors for the items listed below. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13 and FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The Contract Line Items (CLINs) are as follows: CLIN 0001 QTY 360 SF ORDERING DATA: PART NAME - BLOCK, INSULATION PART DESCRIPTION - 5 INCH X 18 INCH X 24 INCH - 12 - FOAMGLAS BLOCK; ASTM C552 TY 1 MFR - PITTSBURGH CORNING CORPORATION PART NUMBER - FGBKPP50F AUL - 5640-HM-CN0-9842 CLIN 0002 QTY 4,500 SF ORDERING DATA: PART NAME - INSULATION, INSULATION� PART DESCRIPTION - INSULATION BLOCK, FOAMGLAS, 2 INCH X 18 INCH X 24 INCH, ASTM C552, TY 1 MFR - PITTSBURGH CORNING CORPORATION PART NUMBER - FGBKPP20F AUL - 5640-HM-CN0-9841 The requirement will be solicited as a total small business set aside. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 314999, All Other Miscellaneous Textile Product Mills with a size standard of 500. The Product Service Code is 5640, Wallboard, Building Paper and Thermal Insulation Materials. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-01 and DFARS Change Notice 10/28/2022. The anticipated delivery date for this acquisition is August 14, 2023 after contract award. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form only. The solicitation number is SPMYM123Q0017 and will be available on 13 JAN 2023 and posted to SAM.gov, https://sam.gov/� Quotes will be due by 3:00 PM EST on 18 JAN 2023. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available by downloading the documents at www.SAM.gov (Contracting Opportunities).
