SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE PARALLEL BARS Description This Sources Sought notice is issued to identify and determine the level of interest among both Large and Small businesses including qualified Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SD/VOSB). Responses will assist VA planners in determining an appropriate acquisition approach and/or set-aside strategy which meets procurement regulations. This Request for Information Sources Sought Notice is looking for sources for the product described below: The Ann Arbor VA Medical Center is seeking sources capable of providing parallel bars often used in physical therapy. The quantity required is one (1) item. Installation instructions will need to be included at the time of the quote as the VA will complete the installation efforts. This is not an RFQ. The basic requirements: Parallel bars Adjustable Battery operated Platform Mounted Shipping to: Ann Arbor FOB: Destination 90 Days ARO (Indicate if this timeframe is feasible) While not a brand name requirement, a comparable item that would meet the VA requirements is the Hausmann Industries 1357 Platform Mounted Parallel Bars (MPN: 1357). This unit has the following dimensions: 120 x 33 x 40 LxWxH Height: 24 to 40 Length: 120 Platform Width: 48 Interested vendors are requested to respond to this notice no later than 10:00 AM EST 20 January 2023 via email to steve.bauer@va.gov.
