Description

This notice serves to notify interested parties that the Government intends to issue a solicitation for this requirement on 01 February 2023. The solicitation will be open for two weeks, closing on 15 February 2023. Any questions submitted after the solicitation is issued must be received by 07 February 2023 and will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation here on sam.gov. Below is a description of the location and services required. See attached Performance Work Statement that includes the anticipated contract schedule and other important information. DESCRIPTION OF LOCATION Saylorville Lake is a flood control reservoir in �Des Moines, Iowa, with numerous parks and access areas managed by or leased from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.� Park areas at Saylorville Lake Project offer a wide variety of recreation facilities including boat launching ramps, campgrounds, full service marinas, picnic areas, and sand swimming beaches.� DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials/supplies, transportation, and equipment to perform custodial and minor maintenance duties at the Bob Shetler Recreation Area at the Saylorville Lake Project, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). NOTE: Contractor is required to live onsite for the period of performance each year.
