Murphy VA Hospital / 7400 Merton Minton BLVD / Building 144 / San Antonio, Texas 78229 Tentative Project Need Date: September 29, 2023 DESCRIPTION Pre-Solicitation Notice: Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for Site-Prep Install Emergency Department CT Scanner RM 144 Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital / 7400 Merton Minton BLVD / Building 144 / San Antonio, Texas 78229 The anticipated method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with an estimated solicitation issue date of January 24th, 2023, and a projected bid due date of February 17th, 2023. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed to Site-Prep Install Emergency Department CT Scanner RM 144. Services will be performed at the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital / 7400 Merton Minton BLVD / Building 144 / San Antonio, Texas. After all work is completed, the contractor will have a walkthrough with the VA COR or Alternative COR to ensure all work is completed and ready to receive payment. This is a TURNKEY PROJECT. The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. The contractor shall be familiar with all the terms, conditions, and requirement herein contained. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The period of performance (POP), for this service shall be 310 days or less from the Notice to Proceed date to be completed. Contractor will contact VA COR or Alternative COR 72 hours prior to start of the work.
