- N66001-23-P-6063 This requirement is for delivery of ATC-2036-IM plasma ion milling system, which comes with a main deposition chamber, vacuum pumping, ion source, vacuum gauge package, tiltable substrate holder with H2O/LN2 (water or liquid nitrogen) cooling, gas handling, pressure control, power distribution, pneumatic controls, computer control, and a closed loop chiller. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of supplies provided. Responses must be submitted in writing via email no later than 11:00 AM PST on 26 January 2023. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334413, Semiconductor & Related Device Manufacturing, and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
