Description: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide additional personal safety for approximately (20) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) employees with citation authority (Citation Officer) in the Seattle District (NWS). Citation Officers require the services of the Washington State Patrol (WSP) to legally request personal information from one of eight dispatch centers located within the State of Washington. The Contractor shall provide up to two dispatch communications training sessions per calendar year to all new Citation Officers or those needing a refresher authorizing access to the WSP Telecommunications System.
