- PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.��The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order with REDLINE TELECOM, LLC. (Richmond, VA) to deliver and install two (2) Cel-fi Quatra 2000 cellular booster to boost all carrier bands of cell phone coverage, five (5) fiber optic range extenders, ten (10) coverage units (CU�s) and all needed cabling in two (2) unclassified areas within the CJIS main building located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the Government and related industry, it has been determined that Redline Telecom is uniquely qualified to provide these services to TISU/CJIS based upon the following: AT&T, which is the bureau selected cellular provider recommended� aforementioned contractor due to them being a reseller of Cel-fi products, having inventory on hand and having the necessary security clearance to access the site and locations within the building where the installation will occur. If installed incorrectly the equipment can be detrimental to outside cellular towers and signal levels that are used by the general public. Redline Telecom tests and takes all necessary precautions to mitigate this.� This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration�s SAM.gov website (www.SAM.gov).� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210 � Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by contacting�Jonathan Johnson via email only at�jejohnson3@fbi.gov, no later than 1:00pm (Central) on January 30, 2023.��Responses sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered.� Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012, to receive Government contracts.� The FBI utilizes a financial system that has a direct interface with SAM.� Please ensure that your company�s SAM information is updated and accurate.� This includes:� TIN, EFT, DUNs, addresses, and contact information.� The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization. *Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition available upon request.*
