- Page 6 of 6 ***AMENDMENT 00002 36C24123Q0211 Boiler Plant Predictive Maintenance UPDATE*** Please confirm receipt of this update in your solicitation response The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions submitted at the site visit, as referenced below: Question 1: Can you provide a List of all equipment to be covered under the predictive maintenance contract? Answer: 1. Duplex Fuel Skid (2 pumps/2 motors) Motor and pump split shaft with rubber coupler. 2. Oil Filtration System (1 pump/1 motor) Motor and pump split shaft with rubber coupler and has a mechanical seal. 3. Feedwater Pumps (3 pumps/3 motors) 7 stage cartridge and has mechanical seal. 4. Condensate Pumps (2 pumps/2 motors) 2 stage cartridge. 5. Sump Pumps (2 pumps/2 motors) Motor and pump split shaft with rubber coupler. 6. Condensate Return Pumps (2 pumps/2 motors) have mechanical seals 7. Boiler Burner Combustion Fans (3 motors/3 fans) Question 2: Is there a baseline reading for the current settings or would this contract create a new program to create a new baseline? Answer 2: We need to create a new program and new baseline.
