- Description
- The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Local Guard Services to support the U.S. Mission in Quito and Guayaquil, Ecuador. The Government requires a secure environment to conduct their mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall be required to provide services in a manner that prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, property; destruction of assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deter potential terrorist attacks. Anticipated period of performance of the contract is one base year and four one-year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government). See attached ""19AQMM23R0016"" and Exhibits for more details. Site Visits of the U.S. Mission facilities in Ecuador are provided via a PowerPoint Presentation. Offerors are required to request access in sams.gov in order to view the solicitation and all correlating documents. Further details of obtaining access to secure solicitation documents can be found in History - ""PR10788762 - Pre-solicitation Notice - Local Guard Force Ecuador - Presolicitation"". Vendors will have an opportunity to ask questions due to the POC identified in the soliciation.�Any questions shall�be prepared in writing and submitted no later than November 28, 2022 by 10:00 AM Easten Standard Time via email ONLY.� No questions by telephone will be accepted. Amendment 0001 - corrects an error in block 9 of the SF33. Proposal due date is Jan. 20, 2023 at 1300 EST. All other terms remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 - Answers vendor questions and provides changes to the solicitation and Exhibits accordingly. Proposal due date and where/how to submit is unchanged.� Amendment 0003 - Answers additional vendor questions and provides changes to the solicitation and Exhibits accordingly. Proposal due date and where/how to submit is unchanged.� Amendment 0003 - �Proposal due date is now extended to Jan. 31 2023 1:00pm EST via email to the POC only.�
