Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ��������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Fort Worth Delineated Area: North: Loop 820 East: Loop 820, I-20, and Highway 287 South: Highway 1187 West: Loop 820 and Chisolm Trail Parkway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 454,822 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 454,822 Space Type: Warehouse / Office Parking Spaces (Total): 150 Parking Spaces (Surface): 150 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 150 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 14,065 SF of Office and related support spaces 440,757 SF of Warehouse space 24� minimum clear height is required All space shall be climate controlled HVAC space 200� by 10� minimum dock space to accommodate 4 dock levelers Paved surface to accommodate semi-tractors and trailers.� Should be at a minimum 90� from the dock and 132� wide for all 4 dock levelers Secured perimeter fencing of the site is required Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
