- Solicitation for an Unrestricted Firm-Fixed Price Operation and Maintenance with Incidental Repair and Minor Construction in Support of the Defense Health Agency Program at Naval Medical Center San Diego, California. Site Visit scheduled for 4 ? 5 January 2023, see solicitation for details. The base access form is attached, please follow instructions listed on the access form. COVID-19 protocols are in full effect at NMCSD. Masks must be worn within all NMCSD facilities. Personnel with a fever or other signs of illness will not be permitted to attend site visit.
