The Avaya 9404 Digital Display Telephones are to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334210. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses only.� For �boxes that weigh over 40lbs, the material must be palletized when arriving at Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
