Description
Amendment No. 2 to RFI 7200AA23R00001 is hereby issued to extend the Virtual Information Session date from January 25, 2023 to February 13, 2023. Please see the attached amendment for more details. ======== The attached Amendment No. 1 to RFI 7200AA23R00001 is hereby issued to: Provide information regarding the details on the Virtual Information Session described in the RFI; Provide USAIDs response to questions received from interested parties; and Revise the RFI to clarify the due date for submission of a response and update the email address for submission of responses. The purpose of the AHARI is to build a collaboration between Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) and Historically Black College and Universities(HBCUs) in the design and implementation of innovative program support and research initiatives, which will inform the design and delivery of BHA emergency humanitarian assistance programs in Sub-Saharan Africa. The RFI is intended to help BHA obtain information on the capacity and interest of potential HBCUs to support the goal and objectives described in the attached Concept Note; and to obtain input from HBCUs interested in supporting the AHARI. USAID is conducting market research to determine the most suitable acquisition or assistance strategy and instrument for the upcoming AHARI project. USAID requests that any interested organization review the Concept Note in Attachment 1 and provide responses to the questions contained in Attachment 2. Please note that USAID is specifically interested in determining the capacity of HBCUs to manage BHA emergency program grants and contracts.
