- Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 2 is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Sterrad Sterilization Equipment Full-Service Maintenance at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn campus (800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209-7104). This requirement involves a Sterrad 100NX 1-DR w/DUO Sterilizer and a Sterrad ST100NX ALLClear 1-DR Sterilizer. Interested firms must be trained and authorized by Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The proposed contract action is expected to be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with an anticipated period of performance of 03-01-2023 to 02-29-2028. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance (Size Standard $30 Million). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide a capability statement and proof of training or authorization from ASP. Please ensure the response includes the following information: Organization name, DUNS and UEI numbers, address, email address, Web site address (if any), telephone number, and socioeconomic status of the organization. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) must be verified at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and https://veterans.certify.sba.gov for SDVOSB/VOSB set-aside consideration if this requirement is ultimately restricted competition for SDVOSB/VOSB. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
