- Title: ��� Cryo.S Biobanking Tubes: 300 ?L, 600 ?L, and 1000 ?L and Cryo.S Tube Racks. �(i)��������� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)��������� The solicitation number is 75N95023Q00049 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13�Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Subpart 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services; and FAR Part 12�Acquisition of Commercial Items and is expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. (iii)�������� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2023-01, with effective date December 30, 2022. (iv)�������� The associated NAICS code is 334516 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees.� This requirement is full and open with no set-aside restrictions. (v)��������� This requirement is for the following items: Cryo.S Biobanking Tubes: 300 ?L, 600 ?L, and 1000 ?L and Cryo.S Tube Racks or equivalent product to the ones as described below and in the Purchase Description document attached to this Notice. Cryo.S Biobanking Tubes (300 ?L) - Greiner Bio-One Item No. 976561 or equivalent Cryo.S Biobanking Tubes (600 ?L) - Greiner Bio-One Item No. 977561 or equivalent Cryo.S Biobanking Tubes (1000 ?L) - Greiner Bio-One Item No. 978561 or equivalent Cryo.S Biobanking (empty rack) Item No. 803202 or equivalent Other important considerations: The Cryo tubes and racks must be compatible with NIA laboratory equipment (decappers-Greiner BioOne Item No. 852070 and barcode readers-Greiner Item No. 849050). In addition, Vendor must be able to meet these specifications: Cryotube: medical grade polypropylene without leachable and screw cap Sterile and free from detectable cytotoxins and pyrogens Free of detectable DNase, RNase, and human DNA Racks: polycarbonate Each tube and rack pre-coded with unique 2D datamatrix barcode Safe temperature range: -196�C to 121�C (vi)�������� All deliverables required under this contract shall be packaged, marked, and shipped in accordance with Government specifications as stated in the Purchase Description attached to this solicitation. At a minimum, all deliverables shall be marked with the contract number and Contractor name. The Contractor shall guarantee that all required materials shall be delivered in immediate usable and acceptable condition. (vii)������� The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed-price purchase order for this acquisition. The anticipated delivery date is June 1, 2023; and should include option for additional quantities which if exercised will conform with the described below. Delivery will be f.o.b. destination. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: (a) technical capability; (b) price, and (c) past performance. Technical capability and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price. In case domestic sources are available and capable of fulfilling the Government�s need, the Government will use evaluation preferences in accordance with FAR 25. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer�s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. (xi)�������� There are no additional contract requirements or terms and conditions applicable to this acquisition. (xiii)������ The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) are not applicable to this requirement. (xiv)������ Responses to this solicitation must include sufficient information to establish the interested parties� bona-fide capabilities of providing the product or service. The price quote shall include unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, delivery days after contract award, delivery terms, prompt payment discount terms, F.O.B.
