Description: Tester with High Current and High Voltage capabilities and an ASM1369 Stand.��The Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) should be able to provide +/-10(V)olts at +/-12(A)mps and +/-100V at 500mA, High Voltage up to +/-500V at +/-50mA, High Current up to +/-100V at +/-25A or +/-75V at +/-100A, a high precision voltage digitizer that can measure +/-200V analog signals at 4MHz, a quad time measurement unit that can measure from -1V to +7V up to 50MHz, a quad high speed source and measure unit up to +/-4V up to 96MHz, and a high accuracy voltage source at +/-12V at high accuracy - down to 400nV.
