Description

The U.S. Embassy Madrid, Spain is looking for a venue to hold an official event in late June or early July 2023.� The venue must meet the following criteria: Have combined indoor/outdoor space to accommodate up to 3,000 guests. Can be easily isolated for security purposes. Have two separate accesses. Allow for food and drink service. Have service installations to allow for speeches and live music performance. Adequate indoor rooms to serve as dressing rooms, medical unit, and other purposes. Have sufficient toilet facilities, including handicapped accessible toilets, for up to 3,000 guests. Have an already approved emergency/evacuation plan. Be accessible by public transportation and/or private vehicle. Commuting time from Calle Serrano, 75, Madrid must not exceed 30 minutes (i.e. approximately 26 Km. from Calle Serrano, 75, Madrid) All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provisions 52.204-7.� The guidelines for registration can be found at�https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp Interested parties should contact Madrid Procurement Office at lopezay@state.gov
