Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Deschutes National Forest requires vehicle repair services on a 2014 Dodge 4500, 6.4L V8 vehicle. Diagnostics identified a coolant hose leak, radiator leak, and cylinder head failure. The requirement is to repair and return the vehicle to fully operable condition. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of performance shall be from February 2nd, 2023, to May 1st, 2023. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Vehicle is in nonworking condition and located at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bend, OR.
